Must Have Technical/Functional Skills

1. 7+ years’ experience
2. Proven experience in a senior design position within an agency or product business
3. Excellent communication & organization skills
4. Strong conceptual and design skills
5. Good understanding of design fundamentals (type, space, form)
6. Industry knowledge and the ability to sell your vision to clients
7. Experience designing from customer insight and iterating from data
8. A passion for emerging technologies, devices, and digital products with a focus on user-centric design
9. A team player that loves collaborating with clients and colleagues
10. Experience using prototypes to iterate, optimize and validate your designs through user testing
11. Experience designing in the banking and finance sector
12. Experience working in agile environments
13. A bonus would be experience working with Salesforce Lightening Design System

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Strong digital background with sharp skillset in UX and UI design
2. Developing unique, feasible consumable product solutions which deliver added value to our existing customers, new customers, and end users
3. Own projects from conception through to delivery ensuring consistency and quality of design output
4. Lead concept design across a variety of project types spanning web, mobile & device
5. Participate in and lead both team and client workshop sessions
6. Gain client and stakeholder buy-in to your ideas through effective presentation and engagement
7. Have the ability to clearly and consistently present the ideas, both internally and to clients
8. Work with technologists to ensure effectiveness and feasibility of your designs
9. Managing and mentoring the more junior members of the design team

Salary Range: $120,000-$150,000 a year
