We are seeking an experienced, dynamic, and visionary Senior Director to lead our Neurosciences service line. This high-impact role offers an exciting opportunity to drive strategic growth, operations, and clinical excellence across our programs. The Senior Director will collaborate with hospital leadership, multidisciplinary teams, and external partners to expand innovative services and provide comprehensive care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, monitor, and evaluate operations within the assigned geographic area to ensure operational excellence aligned with Sutter Health's strategic focus on quality, service, and affordability.
- Implement and monitor policies and procedures to ensure high-quality, efficient, and compassionate patient care.
- Collaborate with leadership teams to promote planning, innovation, and problem-solving, aligning with enterprise strategy.
- Manage financial aspects, including budget, revenue, and capital expenditures for the geographic area.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field (equivalent experience accepted).
- 15 years of relevant experience.
- Knowledge of physician practice operations, financing, and managed care business.
- Proven ability to develop effective relationships with physicians.
- Strong communication, leadership, and decision-making skills.
