Train and mentor staff on job coaching, assistive tech, and NYSCB procedures Coordinate with NYSCB counselors on employment planning Deliver job readiness training (resume building, interviews, communication) Assist clients with job search and onboarding Educate employers on accessibility, accommodations, and inclusion Maintain accurate records and submit required reports to NYSCB Valid license/certification to train or coach individuals with disabilities (e.g., VRT, CRC) At least 2 years of experience in disability employment services Knowledge of assistive technology for the blind (e.g., JAWS, NVDA)
