Sr. Epicor Developer – Direct Hire

GTN is seeking an experienced Sr. Epicor Developer for a direct-hire opportunity with one of our clients. This role requires deep technical expertise in Epicor ERP, with a strong focus on Kinetic UI, Application Studio, BPMs, REST services, integrations, and SQL. The ideal candidate will be a problem solver with strong consulting and communication skills, capable of working directly with end users to gather requirements and deliver tailored ERP solutions that drive business success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement Epicor ERP solutions customized to client-specific requirements.
- Develop and enhance Kinetic UI screens using Application Studio.
- Build and optimize workflows using BPMs, Functions, and Business Objects.
- Create, manage, and troubleshoot system integrations with third-party applications via REST services.
- Develop and maintain C# customizations, dashboards, SSRS reports, and Bartender label templates.
- Provide SQL-based troubleshooting, performance tuning, and database management.
- Support auxiliary Epicor applications such as DocStar and ECC.
- Work directly with clients to gather requirements, conduct training, and deliver integrated solutions.
- Collaborate across Professional Services and Support teams to meet customer needs effectively.
- Assist in post-go-live support for clients running various versions of Epicor ERP.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Multiple years of experience designing and developing within Epicor ERP environments.
- 2–3 years of hands-on experience with Kinetic UI and Application Studio.
- Strong SQL skills including T-SQL, performance troubleshooting, and database administration.
- Extensive experience with REST services and developing system integrations.
- Proficient in C# and capable of writing and maintaining custom code to extend Epicor functionality.
- Proven experience gathering technical and functional requirements directly from end users.
- Strong understanding of Epicor BPMs, Business Objects, and workflow automation.
- Demonstrated experience with dashboards, SSRS, and Multiple integration.
- Epicor Configurator development experience is big plus.
- Ability to perform under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
Preferred Skills (Nice to Have):
- Consulting experience—especially within Epicor or ERP-focused environments.
- Experience with Automation Studio (Workato) and E9 to Kinetic upgrade projects.
- Familiarity with Epicor DMT and configuration tools.
- Ability to present technical solutions in sales or marketing settings (e.g., webinars, demos).
