About the Role
We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Financial Analyst to join our finance team and play a key role in shaping the company’s financial strategy. This position will partner closely with senior leadership to provide deep financial insights, support high-impact business decisions, and drive organizational performance improvements. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with strong analytical capabilities, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in financial planning and analysis.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead complex financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting efforts across multiple departments
- Analyze financial performance and provide insights and recommendations to senior management
- Identify business trends, risks, and opportunities through in-depth data analysis
- Develop and deliver executive-level reporting, dashboards, and presentations
- Partner with business units to optimize resource allocation and profitability
- Drive improvements in financial processes, reporting systems, and data integrity
- Support strategic initiatives such as M&A analysis, capital investment reviews, and scenario planning
- Mentor and guide junior analysts and support cross-functional finance projects
- Collaborate closely with Accounting, Operations, and Strategy teams
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s or MBA preferred)
- 4–6 years of experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or FP&A
- Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills required
- Experience with financial reporting and planning tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Adaptive Insights, Oracle, SAP)
- Strong business acumen with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
