Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field. Professional services or consulting industry experience preferred.A minimum of 10 years of experience in compensation management. A minimum of 3 years working with employee benefits. A minimum of 5 years of experience in job architecture.A minimum of 5 years of experience designing and managing sales incentive programs. Sales incentive experience must include: Partnering with Sales executives to diagnose behaviors and business outcomes. Managing the design and financial modeling of sales incentive designs in collaboration with Revenue Operations and Finance teams. Applying best practices and industry trends, overseeing communications to stakeholders, and performing end-to-end administration and payout calculations. Experience working in employee benefits including annual renewals, vendor selection and management, and benefit plan design. Exceptional knowledge of compensation principles, practices, and applicable laws. Top-tier analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making and collaborative problem-solving. Excellent communication, initiative, and interpersonal skills for collaboration and influence. Proficiency in compensation software and HR information systems, preferably with Workday Advanced Compensation. This salary range is provided as required by local and state law as applicable. Individual salaries vary on a number of factors including but not limited to geography, skills, education, experience and unique qualifications where applicable.
