Position Details: Senior Manager, Ad Solutions

As a Senior Manager in the research team, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple research projects, ensuring they meet high-quality standards and are delivered on time. You will manage client relationships, providing direction in communications and taking the lead on complex interactions to ensure client satisfaction. Your role will also involve mentoring and developing junior team members, establishing accountability, and identifying training opportunities to enhance their professional growth.
You will design surveys that align with research objectives and client needs, guiding the team in developing analysis plans and implementing robust control processes to ensure data quality. Additionally, you will lead the development of client reports, using storytelling techniques to present findings effectively. Collaboration with other departments will be essential to support broader company initiatives and drive thought leadership.

Ideal Candidate:
- 4-6 years of experience (years of experience can position them in more of a leadership role).
- Experience with advertising and project-level management.
- Ability to handle deadlines, budgets, fast-paced environments, client services background, and translating client needs.
- At least 4-5 years of experience in quantitative primary research, preferably in advertising research.
- Experience managing trackers.
- Strong data handling and analysis skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Economics, Business, Marketing, Statistics, or a related field.
