Senior MPaaS Analyst (Remote Work)
Base Salary: $66,000.00 to $80,000.00 depending on experience

Toshiba America Business Solutions, Inc. has an exciting opportunity for a Senior MPaaS Analyst to work remotely.
Position Summary:
Responsible for assessing and analyzing business data, developing presentations, and managing projects throughout the MPaaS Sales Cycle. Ensure successful client onboarding and fleet implementation for large, complex accounts (Enterprise/Consortium/International). Partner with TABS Business Development Team across all channels. The MPaaS sales cycle includes client requirement meetings, pricing, pre-sale and post-sale assessments, services contracting, project implementation, and ongoing business analysis and reviews to meet business objectives. This role also provides technical guidance and support for business development, onboarding, project management, cross-functional team coordination, and technology integration.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct complex client assessments for large enterprise/consortium accounts, utilizing software data collection tools and physical assessments to create value propositions.
- Determine optimal space utilization and floor plan placement.
- Analyze pricing for fleets to optimize service/solution mixes and improve operations.
- Perform cost-benefit analyses, identify issues, and recommend improvements.
- Collaborate with sales teams, clients, and dealers to understand business needs.
- Develop detailed evaluations of clients' current business states and define requirements to architect MPaaS solutions.
- Create technical findings and sales presentations, and determine optimal pricing strategies.
- Provide MPaaS technical expertise internally and externally.
- Lead contract development, participate in bids, and manage onboarding and projects for efficient implementation.
- Identify and resolve complex problems, and participate in client integration engagements.
- Conduct business reviews, identify upselling opportunities, and engage in sales activities.
- Design and manage reporting efforts for clients and internal teams, including business intelligence reporting.
- Build relationships with executive leadership and identify opportunities to improve sales and profitability.
- Stay current with industry technical trends and partner with the Business Development Team to enhance sales skills.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
- At least five years of experience in business assessments, environment analysis, requirements definition, professional services, or IT project management.
- Experience with large or complex accounts, sales, auditing, inventory analysis, or customer assessments.
- Proficiency with Excel and analytical tools, with the ability to translate technical data into sales materials.
- Strong financial and quantitative skills for evaluating and modeling business solutions.
- Experience in professional solutions, document management, and security is a plus.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver customer solutions.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate.
- Willingness and ability to travel frequently.
- Valid Driver's License required.
