About the Role
We are seeking a talented and experienced Product Manager with expertise in marketing technology to join our team. As a Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and driving the development of our marketing technology stack. You have experience with automation tools such as Marketo, with attribution tools such as Rocker Box, and communication tools like Zendesk. You will be instrumental in ensuring the successful delivery of innovative marketing solutions across our technology stack If you are passionate about marketing technology, have a proven track record of managing successful products, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Drive the product strategy and roadmap for our marketing technology stack, with a focus on automation, attribution, and customer communications.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Sales, Engineering, and Customer Support, to gather requirements and define product features and enhancements.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify industry trends and customer needs, translating them into product requirements.
- Define and prioritize product backlogs, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer priorities.
- Work closely with development and leadership teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of product features and enhancements.
- Act as a subject matter expert for marketing technology tools, providing guidance and support to internal stakeholders.
- Monitor product performance, conduct data analysis, and gather user feedback to drive continuous improvement and inform product decision-making.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop go-to-market strategies and launch plans for new product features and enhancements.
- Stay up to date with the latest advancements in marketing technology and industry best practices, and proactively identify opportunities for innovation and optimization.
- Serve as a strong advocate for customers, ensuring their needs are considered throughout the product development lifecycle.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Marketing, Computer Science, Business Administration) or equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ years of experience and at least 2 years of experience in lending(highly preferred)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, designers, marketers, and executives.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Strong strategic thinking and business acumen, with a customer-centric mindset.
- Proven ability to influence and drive consensus among stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
