Senior Product Manager - C5ISR

To support our continued market growth and industry leadership, we are looking for talented candidates to fill several new Product Line Manager (PLM) positions within our C5ISR Modular Solutions business unit, which develops Curtiss-Wright’s most advanced embedded electronics. Candidates should have relevant industry experience and a passion for technology, combined with strong sales and business leadership skills.
Positions are available in the US and Canada, with location options being remote or based out of a Curtiss-Wright Defense Solutions US facility (excluding CA, NY, MN).
Role Overview
As a Product Line Manager, you will be part of a Product Management team responsible for the success of the C5ISR product portfolio and serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for specific product lines such as mission processing, signal processing, HPEC architectures, CPU/FPGA/GPU, networking technologies, and emerging embedded edge AI systems. You will help grow the business through bids, proposals, and technical reviews.

Your Challenges
- Lead and oversee embedded product lines from inception to sunset, ensuring market differentiation and business growth.
- Develop strategies, business cases, and forecasts for products, focusing on ROI, pricing, and market needs.
- Collaborate with engineering, marketing, sales, and business development to define solutions, technical specifications, and customer requirements.
- Manage product development lifecycle, market positioning, and partner relationships to enhance product value and market share.
- Support sales and technical teams with subject matter expertise, customer engagement, and industry standards participation.
Minimum Qualifications
- Relevant hardware/software engineering or business degree, or equivalent experience.
- At least 7 years in Product/Engineering Management or technical Product Marketing.
- US citizenship and ability to obtain/maintain security clearance to Secret level.
- Strong understanding of target markets, product development, and embedded processing technologies.

- Ability to analyze data, articulate value propositions, and understand embedded computing systems and standards.
- Willingness to travel frequently for customer, sales, and industry activities.
