Job Description
As a Senior Product Manager, you will help our clients define, deliver, and scale Retail Media Network (RMN) solutions, including strategy, product roadmap, and features, in an agile and data-driven environment focused on driving superior business outcomes for our customers.
Your responsibilities include leading a collaborative, cross-functional, high-performance team working with CX/UX designers, developers, and senior management to guide Retail Media Network products to fruition. You will help teams build and enhance successful products that deliver a differentiated customer experience, meet market demands, and drive business results.
Qualifications
Expected:
- 5+ years in product management, with 2+ years focused on Retail Media, AdTech, or MarTech platforms.
- Strong understanding of RMN ecosystems, including first-party data, targeting, measurement, and ad inventory monetization.
- Proven track record of launching and scaling digital ad products in a retail or commerce environment.
- Familiarity with programmatic advertising, ad serving, DSPs, and data collaboration environments (e.g., clean rooms).
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
- Proven experience in strategy or product roles for 4-5 years with a bias for action.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in a matrix organization, including Engineering, Marketing, Finance, UX, and Analytics.
- Experience using data and analytics tools, with well-developed intuition for leveraging data in decision-making.
- Experience managing product roadmaps, writing clear product requirement documents, collaborating on product design, and working in cross-cultural, distributed teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Preferred:
- Experience shipping products to market.
- Strong analytics skills and experience with visualization tools.
- Business and digital strategy experience.
- Ability to identify organizational and process changes to realize solution benefits.
Additional Information
Salary Range: $117,000 - $175,000
