Senior Project Manager - Land Development

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager with extensive land development experience for our San Diego office.
As a Senior Project Manager, you will:
- Represent the firm in client meetings, determine Scope of Work, prepare fees, conduct site investigations, establish schedules, prepare and finalize proposals.
- Achieve the success of the profit center through management of and participation in team design, production, quality, training, and employee performance.
- Contribute to region and company decision making and growth planning via regular meetings.
- Initiate Full Circle Thinking and provide positive leadership to the region and the company.
- Possess a PE license and manage up to two Project Managers and directly supervise up to four non-supervisory employees.
Other responsibilities include:
- Assist in business development for prospective clients.
- Supervise plan preparation, technical reports, cost estimates, and other client deliverables.
- Track project budgets, provide billing instructions and change order requests, prepare invoices, and negotiate and finalize back charges.

Approved salary range, dependent on experience: $145,000 to $175,000.
