Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) Integration
Manage the integration and ongoing functionality of Ironclad CLM within Salesforce
Optimize workflows between quoting, contract approval, and legal review processes
Support system performance and troubleshooting across integrated tools such as Conga or other document automation platforms
Governance, Data, and Enablement
Establish policies and manage user access, profiles, roles, and sharing rules
Ensure data quality through collaboration with data governance, validation rules, and import protocols
Provide user training, documentation, and ongoing support to increase platform fluency and trust
Stay current on Salesforce releases and implement improvements in line with business needs
Who You Are
You have deep Salesforce Sales Cloud experience and a passion for process efficiency
You understand the sales and contract lifecycle and can translate that into scalable technical solutions
You thrive in cross-functional environments and bring strong communication and collaboration skills
You’re detail-oriented, strategic, and invested in data quality and system performance
You enjoy continuous learning and applying best practices to optimize CRM infrastructure
Experience You’ll Need
6+ years of Salesforce Administration experience, with deep focus on Sales Cloud in a startup or SMB setting
Proven success managing CLM integrations (ideally Ironclad) and supporting contract-related processes
Experience designing and maintaining automation (flows, validation rules), custom dashboards, and reports
Strong understanding of Salesforce security models, user access, and system scalability
Experience That’s a Plus
Advanced Administrator and Sales Cloud Consultant certifications strongly preferred
Familiarity with CPQ or Revenue Cloud
Experience with document automation tools such as Conga or DocuSign
