Senior Site Reliability Engineer (Boston, MA) Full Time Research,
design, and develop computer and network software or specialized utility programs. Analyze user needs and develop software solutions, applying principles and techniques of computer science, engineering, and mathematical analysis. Update software or enhance existing software capabilities. Provide technology-based services and support to our end-users and customers. Respond and react to internal support requests. Independently find points of error and identify root cause by examining log files. Fix complex issues with in-depth analysis of code and configurations. Monitor dashboards, error logs to find problems before they arise. Find patterns in bug reports to identify and address systematic issues. Assist in the design and implementation of software products that address current and future requirements. Be an escalation for the members of the support engineering team. Contribute to product documentation, customer knowledge base, and best practices guides. Position Requirements: Masters degree in Computer Science or Information Technology or Electrical Engineering or related. Telecommuting from home is allowed 5 days per week.
