A fast-growing consumer products company with a strong eCommerce and DTC focus is seeking a Social Media Manager (open to Senior level title) to lead strategy, team operations, and performance across multiple owned brands—including legacy names in tech and lifestyle.
About the Role:
This is the lead social role, overseeing a team spanning social coordinators, content creators, and paid/influencer specialists.
You’ll manage flagship brands (including one with significant household name recognition), while helping shape social strategy for emerging and newly acquired properties. This is a highly visible position ideal for someone ready to own both creative storytelling and performance-driven social at scale.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead organic and paid social strategy across multiple brands
- Manage, mentor, and support a team of 7 across social, content, and influencer functions
- Own reporting, budgeting, and performance analysis
- Collaborate closely with eComm, brand, and creative teams
- Act as the in-office lead for social (based in Edison HQ)
What We're Looking For:
- 5–8+ years of experience in social media and digital marketing
- Background in eCommerce, DTC, electronics, CPG, or apparel strongly preferred
- Proven experience managing teams and driving results
- Strong business acumen—comfortable owning spend and ROI
- Ability to work 5 days on-site in Edison, NJ
