What You’ll Do
- Drive our technical vision through cross-functional collaboration
- Lead discussions and implementation of multiple complex projects
- Continuously improve our engineering processes, tools, and systems that allow us to scale our codebase, productivity, and team
- Recruit, interview, and develop high-caliber engineers, and foster a culture of excellence, velocity, and humility
- Engage with customers to inspire and solve their most challenging problems
What You Need
- A minimum of 5+ years of software engineering experience, with a proven track record leading and delivering high-quality products at scale
- Must have extensive experience with Python and/or Typescript
- A strong desire to work at an early-stage company, building systems and processes from the ground up
- Willingness to engage directly with customers, understand their needs, and translate them into engineering solutions
- Demonstrated ability to mentor engineering teams, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment
- A commitment to continuously grow and master your craft, with a relentless focus on customer pain points and how to address them
