ABOUT THE ROLE
The Senior Technical Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top-tier technical professionals for staff augmentation roles. This position requires a deep understanding of the technology landscape, excellent consulting skills, and the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in technical recruiting and client engagement, particularly in a staff augmentation environment.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Talent Acquisition: Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for technical positions, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates for staff augmentation roles.
- Client Engagement: Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, understanding their staffing needs and providing tailored recruitment solutions.
- Sourcing Strategies: Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
- Candidate Screening: Conduct comprehensive screenings and interviews to assess candidates’ technical skills, experience, and cultural fit with the organization and client requirements.
- Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and clients to ensure alignment on recruitment strategies and staffing needs.
- Market Expertise: Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to effectively advise clients and candidates.
- Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future staffing needs.
- Negotiation: Manage the offer process, including salary negotiations and closing candidates.
- Compliance: Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies and legal requirements.
WHAT YOU BRING
- 5+ years of experience in technical recruiting, with a focus on staff augmentation and interacting with clients -required-
- Proven track record of successfully filling technical positions in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of technical roles and the technology industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Experience working in a consulting or staffing agency environment.
- Familiarity with hiring for QA Automation, Data Engineering, Fullstack Engineers, and many more in Latin America and the United States
TAKE INTO ACCOUNT
- You will have to communicate with your team members abroad, therefore fluency in English and excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) are a must for this role
- This opening requires you to be open to work approximately once a week from our office located in Villa Crespo
