Job Title : Service Designer
Location : 301 N Washington Avenue, Dallas, TX - 75246
Duration : 4+ months (possible extension)

Shift Details : Hybrid, 1-2 days onsite with additional days on-site as needed
M-F, 8 am – 5 pm PST
Responsibility:
- This role focuses on mapping and improving complex healthcare service ecosystems, including customer journeys, service blueprints, and backstage operations, across digital, physical, and human touchpoints.
- Service designers will be embedded within squads building end-to-end service experiences for customer-facing healthcare offerings within our Customer Solutions team.
- Figma expertise is required for mapping and storytelling, but this is not a visual design or front-end development role.
Candidates must have a portfolio showing service design artifacts (not wireframes or app screens) and experience orchestrating end-to-end service experiences within complex environments like healthcare.
