SF Metro Administrative Assistant

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Provide administrative support for donor recognition initiatives.
2. Process and track check requests for the Development team.
3. Draft, edit, and distribute correspondence, including letters and memorandums.
4. Manage incoming and outgoing mail for the assigned fundraiser(s).
5. Maintain and update the donor database with accuracy.
6. Research donor information to support fundraising efforts.
7. Compile and analyze donor-related statistics.
8. Generate, manage, and run reports and queries within the database.
9. Coordinate donor engagement efforts, including birthday, holiday, and thank-you cards.
10. Assist in creating, editing, and preparing marketing campaigns, touch points, and solicitation materials.
11. Perform other related duties as assigned.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

1. High school diploma or equivalent (required).
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, especially Excel and Outlook.
3. Proficiency with design in Canva or similar tools.

Preferred Experience:

1. Associate's degree.
2. Minimum of two years of experience as an Administrative or Program Assistant.
3. Experience with a CRM system.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. (usually file boxes)
