Our client, a leading provider in the telecommunications industry, is seeking a Shared Services Engineer to join their team. As a Shared Services Engineer, you will be part of the Access/Shared Services Engineering team supporting Architecture and Engineering functions. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and a proactive approach to project management, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?
Provide program guidance and develop program timelines from an engineering perspective in partnership with the program management office.
Assist in the development of project supporting documentation, including Bill of Materials (BOMs) and cost estimates.
Directly support business-initiated projects and communicate with leadership on the status of programs and open issues.
Complete SIT testing, document results, and develop scripts and low-level designs for implementation and configuration.
Provide local software and hardware support requiring complex integrated configurations in various telecommunications areas.
What's Needed?
10+ years of telecommunications experience.
Strong knowledge of session border controllers and SIP/TDM trunking.
Experience with QoS configurations, diagnosing and tuning QoS, and performing bandwidth analysis.
3-5 years of experience in LAN/WAN networking.
BA or BS in Telecommunications, Data Communications, or Computer Science.
