Job Summary:
The Social Media Consultant is responsible for assisting with developing and executing a social media strategy across multiple brands and platforms. This role is focused on building brand presence, growing engaged audiences, and creating compelling, on-brand content. You will work closely with the CEO/Founder, graphic designers, and internal operations teams to ensure consistency and performance across all social channels. This role has the opportunity to also support HiveSmart clients’ Social Media needs.
Responsibilities:

Content Creation & Copywriting: Develop engaging content and write compelling copy tailored to each platform and audience.

Social Media Management: Assist with managing and maintaining a social media calendar across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube for HiveSmart, HiveStrong, and the CEO/Founder’s personal brand.

Community Engagement: Actively engage with followers, respond to comments, and build community by participating in relevant conversations.

Visual Content Development: Work with a graphic designer or independently create visual assets that align with brand guidelines.

Brand Consistency: Ensure all content reflects the tone, voice, and values of each brand.

Performance Monitoring: Track key performance indicators such as engagement and follower growth. Provide regular updates and insights.

Collaboration: Partner with internal stakeholders to align social content with broader brand and business objectives.
Qualifications:

2+ years of experience managing social media for business brands and personal brands.

Strong copywriting and content creation skills.

Proficiency in managing social channels including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.

Experience with social media scheduling tools

Basic graphic design skills or experience working with designers.

Creative, proactive, and detail-oriented.

Strong communication and organizational skills.

Understanding of social media KPIs and analytics.
Details:

Hours: 5–10 hours/week for the Hive brands, plus additional hours for client needs

Rate: $25–30/hr
