Social Media Specialist:
Position Summary: The social media specialist will run advertising campaigns and drive engagement by creating high-quality original content. You should also engage influencers, manage our community by responding to comments, and oversee customer service across all platforms. To succeed, you should have extensive marketing experience, demonstrate creativity, and align communication with Allen Brothers' image and values.
What you’ll do:
Social Media Management
- Assist in executing the company's social media strategy under the guidance of the Digital Marketing Manager.
- Create engaging content and visuals to increase brand visibility.
- Manage project timelines for social media assets.
- Assist in scheduling content to ensure consistency across channels.
- Recommend creative ideas to surpass goals and expectations.
- Build a strong online presence and monitor the company's brand on social media.
- Engage with relevant influencers to build brand awareness.
- Manage online communities to ensure respectful engagement.
- Respond to comments and oversee customer service via social media.
- Coach employees on content creation best practices.
Social Data Analytics and Reporting
- Track KPIs and prepare performance reports.
- Interpret data to derive actionable insights.
- Analyze campaign success and inform content decisions to grow location-specific followers.
About you:
- Passionate about food with a desire to deliver high-quality content.
- 2+ years of social media marketing experience.
- Experience developing social media strategies and marketing plans.
- Ability to craft the right voice for each platform.
- Proven ability to build social media communities.
- Understanding of graphic design principles.
- Experience as a Brand Manager on social media.
- Ability to measure campaign success.
