We are looking for a Fullstack Developer to join our growing software development team and build out the next generation of our platform. The ideal candidate is a passionate self-motivated individual with the ability to learn new technologies quickly. We will consider candidates with a wide range of skill sets and experience levels (junior and above). They must be at ease working in an agile environment with little supervision. This person should embody a passion for continuous improvement and test-driven development.
Our Company:
Preventia is a startup that specializes in telehealth network technology, located in downtown Indianapolis. We created a cross platform mobile app to allow users to connect to providers. We developed a web-based provider care platform to allow providers to manage their clients and connect with them. We are a small development team that utilizes an agile software development lifecycle. We have a flexible work environment with a mixture of remote work and in office hours.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate cross-functionally with business users, executive leadership team, and other developers to achieve elegant solutions.
- Analyze, design, and develop tests and test-automation suites.
- Test software development methodology in an agile environment.
- Provide ongoing maintenance, support and enhancements in existing systems and platforms.
- Provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Work alongside other software developers on the team to elevate technology and consistently apply best practices.
Requirements:
- Self-motivated quick learner capable of delivering on multiple competing priorities with little supervision.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- We are looking for someone with 0-5 years of experience in software development.

- Experience with modern programming languages like JavaScript, C#, etc.
- Experience with building RESTful/CRUD APIs and services using REST, etc.
- Experience with modern NoSQL databases such as CosmosDB, MongoDB, DynamoDB, etc.
- Experience with mobile development like IOS, Android, React Native, Vue Native, Xamarin.
- Experience with Scrum/Agile development methodologies.
- Experience with test-driven development and automated testing frameworks.
- Experience with cloud native applications in Azure, AWS, etc.
- Experience with HIPAA secure health-care applications.
- Experience with DevOps automation for building and deploying code with cloud deployment technologies like Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins.
