Job Title: Software Engineer, Support
Duration: 6 months
Location: Canada (Remote)
Job Responsibilities
- Craft secure, performant, cross-platform browser-based applications for both customers and internal teams.
- Work closely with Product and Design to determine and optimize user experience and information architecture.
- Build new and maintain existing features by contributing across the full technical stack.
- Debug and resolve production issues and implement fixes for them.
Skills
- 4+ years of relevant experience in REST API design and implementation, full stack development of production-ready services and features.
- Experience with testing strategies (Unit, System, UI, E2E) and standard CI/CD pipelines.
- 2+ years of recent experience with JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js frameworks (Express, HapiJS), front-end frameworks (React, MobX).
- Experience with relational and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, PostgreSQL, Redis), unit/integration testing with Jest, and E2E testing.
