Responsibilities: Designs, deploys, and maintains processing software
for safety violations in highways and tolling systems. Continuous improvements to increase automation and cost reduction in the current processing pipeline. Leading a 6-person team, managing work cycles, facilitating asynchronous communications across time zones, and managing the team's OKRs. Telecommuting permitted. Must report to HQ 3x/week. International travel to Chile required 2x/year.Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer
Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field and 2 years of experience as a software developer or full stack developer, focusing on design and writing data processing software. Must also possess: 2 years of experience creating and managing software projects from scratch, including project planning, architecture design, and deployment, utilizing collaborative coding practices and version control tools such as Git; 2 years of experience working with MongoDB, including designing database models and writing aggregation queries; 2 years of experience working with asynchronous communications and managing teams across different time zones; 2 years of experience in designing dashboards to visualize data or building internal tools to improve business processes; 2 years of experience with AWS (S3; Amplify); React; Next.js; and NestJS for web development; and 2 years of experience in designing and automating systems for process improvement. Must successfully complete competency-based interview.Work Schedule: 40 hours per week (8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.)
Salary Range: $140,000-$180,000
