The company is looking for a highly skilled and motivated Solutions Architect to join our team. In this pivotal role, the solutions architect will serve as a catalyst for innovation, bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions. Solutions will be designed, developed, and implemented, with a focus on robustness and scalability that align with business objectives and drive innovation.
Responsibilities
- Solution Design: Design and architect end-to-end solutions for complex business problems, considering scalability, performance, security, and maintainability.
- Technical Leadership: Provide crucial technical guidance to development teams throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring adherence to architectural standards and best practices.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders, including business analysts, project managers, and other architects, to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Technology Evaluation: Evaluate existing and emerging technologies, making recommendations on their suitability.
- Documentation & Monitoring: Create and maintain detailed technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, specifications, and implementation plans. Monitor and evaluate the performance of deployed solutions, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- 2+ years of experience in a solutions architecture role or similar, demonstrating a strong track record of designing and implementing successful solutions.
- Understanding of various software development methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.
- Experience with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP) and related services.
- Proficiency in programming languages and technologies relevant to the company's tech stack.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
- Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Azure Solutions Architect Expert).
- Experience leading and mentoring other architects or developers.
