The Team
We are seeking an M&A Specialist to join American Tower's U.S. Tower division's Product and Strategy team. The M&A Specialist assists with fueling inorganic growth activities by analyzing and researching real estate opportunities within the wireless infrastructure industry. Day-to-day you will support the business by providing information to our marketing team and negotiators.
What You Need to Succeed
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Bachelor's degree preferred.
At least one year of data entry or related office experience required.
Previous customer service experience.
Strong computer skills, including a working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (including Word and Excel).
Ability to enter data quickly and accurately.
Basic understanding of databases.
Salesforce experience preferred.
Great attention to detail.
Strong written and oral communication skills, including the ability to present ideas and suggestions clearly and effectively.
Ability to work with different functional groups and levels of employees to effectively and professionally achieve results.
Strong organizational skills; ability to accomplish multiple tasks within the agreed upon timeframes through effective prioritization of duties and functions in a fast-paced environment.
What You Can Offer Us
Maintain and update the team's database by finding and researching digital real estate sites across the United States.
Develop efficient ways to use satellite images and search engines to increase leads.
Provide management with ongoing communication and reports about the status of data projects.
Work with the M&A team to research and verify leads.
Coordinate data, research projects, and perform database cleanup.
Maintain data entry requirements by following data program techniques and procedures.
Verify entered customer and account data by reviewing, correcting, deleting, or reentering data.
Assist the Marketing department by answering and forwarding inbound calls and routing them to the appropriate person or department.
Assist the Marketing department by reviewing collateral and cleaning up data lists for outgoing marketing campaigns.
Perform administrative tasks such as ordering office supplies and handling mail, freight, and other inventory.
Other duties as assigned.
