Systems Engineer- Space Force

Scottsdale, AZ

Contract Position

Pay Estimated: \$80.11-\$85.11/Hour

**This estimate represents the typical salary range for this position

based on experience and other factors, (geographical location, etc.)

Senior Advanced Systems Engineer** job in Scottsdale, Arizona is

available with Moseley Technical Services Top Space and Defense company. In this job you will support the SDA GMI program as a member of a cross-functional team responsible for developing and deploying the state-of-the-art ground operational system

Responsibilities:

• Creative thinker with demonstrated success leading the systems

development life cycle

• Collaborative team player eager to provide technical leadership and

position others for success

• Thorough knowledge of technology trends and willingness to champion

new ideas and process improvements

• Strong presentation and communication skills with experience in the

art of negotiation and the ability to meet challenging customer requirements with win-win solutions

• Commitment to ongoing professional development for yourself and

others

Qualifications:

• U.S. citizen with the ability to obtain DoD Secret security

clearance is required

• Bachelor\'s degree in Systems Engineering, or STEM and 8+ years of

job-related experience, or Master\'s degree and 6+ years of job-related experience.

• Leadership in designing and implementing Configuration Management

systems for Data Centers

• Experience leading teams responsible for network configuration

management and IT service management

• Experience with IT equipment configuration management databases
• Experience with managing the tracking and deployment of software

updates across an enterprise

• Experience with IT Service Management products such as ServiceNow
• Experience working with multiple software suppliers to manage and

track their planned version update cycles

• Satellite communications, Ground to Satellite communication, or

Ground operations experience

• Agile experience preferred.
