The Role
We seek a proactive Senior Compliance Manager to lead our compliance strategies within the Legal & Compliance department. This role involves developing and refining compliance programs, policies, training, monitoring, and collaborating across teams to ensure adherence to regulatory standards, especially in regulated environments.
Responsibilities
- Enhance and operationalize the compliance program to support evolving business needs.
- Create, update, and communicate compliance policies and procedures.
- Develop and deliver compliance training to foster a culture of compliance.
- Oversee monitoring processes for legal and regulatory compliance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed compliance considerations.
- Stay informed on regulatory changes and assess their impact on the business.
- Assist in vendor compliance due diligence as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in law, finance, business, or related field.
- Minimum 6 years of experience in compliance, legal, or risk roles within fintech, financial services, or tech environments.
- Experience building and scaling compliance programs in regulated contexts.
- Knowledge of KYC/AML, privacy, data security, and vendor due diligence.
- Strong communication skills and ability to translate complex requirements into operational steps.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
