The Senior Data Analyst, Enrollment and Marketing Insights, provides
comprehensive data analysis and reporting to support Graduate Enrollment marketing and enrollment strategies. This role analyzes marketing campaign performance, website data, enrollment trends, and student lifecycle data to provide actionable insights that optimize marketing efforts, drive enrollment growth, and inform strategic decision-making. The Analyst collaborates closely with both the Admission, Operations, & Policy team and the Strategic Marketing & Communication team. Essential Functions: ? Enrollment Data Analysis ? Analyze key enrollment metrics (application volume, yield rates, time-to-decision, etc.) to identify trends, predict outcomes, and inform strategic enrollment planning. ? Analyze student data across the entire enrollment lifecycle (prospecting, application, decision, enrollment, and persistence) to identify areas for improvement and optimize conversion rates. ? Partner directly with school/college graduate admission and academic leaders, in collaboration the Enrollment Systems & Data Manager, to analyze admission and enrollment data and provide recommendations for addressing complex graduate admission questions. ? Collaborate with AI experts and the Graduate Enrollment Operations team to support the development, implementation, and monitoring of AI models used in the graduate admissions process, ensuring ethical and responsible use. ?
