Director of Procurement
We are seeking a dynamic Director of Procurement to lead our procurement team and drive strategic sourcing initiatives. This role involves creating and executing a global procurement strategy, managing supplier relationships, and implementing cost optimization initiatives. The Director will collaborate with executive stakeholders, mentor the procurement team, and ensure compliance with legal standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a global procurement strategy aligned with corporate objectives.
Manage the procurement lifecycle from sourcing to supplier management.
Implement cost optimization initiatives while balancing quality and risk.
Leverage data analytics and AI-driven solutions to enhance procurement processes.
Build and maintain strategic supplier partnerships.
Lead negotiations with vendors and monitor procurement spend.
Foster a high-performance culture within the procurement team.
Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and ethical standards.
Oversee global travel management policies and vendor relationships.
What will help you succeed
Minimum Qualifications
12+ years of procurement experience, with 5+ years in a leadership role and Bachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent preferred.
Experience in large software/SaaS/technology organizations preferred.
Preferred Qualifications:
Proven track record in strategic sourcing and vendor negotiations.
Strong knowledge of procurement systems and spend analytics.
Exceptional leadership and stakeholder management skills.
Procurement certification (e.g., CPSM, CIPs, PMP) is a plus.
