Capgemini Engineering is hiring a visionary Sr. Director over Semiconductor Sales Practice to lead our high-impact semiconductor sales team. Your Role
Lead, inspire, and scale a team of senior sales executives and subject matter experts, creating a culture of performance, innovation, and collaboration
Architect and execute growth strategies that position Capgemini as a trusted partner across the semiconductor lifecycle—from chip design and embedded software to hardware, supply chain, and sustainability.
Build and deepen executive relationships with global semiconductor leaders, aligning our solutions with their most critical product and technology roadmap.
Leverage your technical expertise to craft and deliver compelling value propositions in ASIC design, pre- and post-silicon validation, and embedded systems.
Partner with global delivery and technical teams to ensure seamless execution, client satisfaction, and long-term success.
Own and drive a high-value pipeline, consistently delivering against ambitious revenue goals while identifying new market opportunities.
Your Skills and Experience
15 years of experience in semiconductor sales, including 6–8 years focused on chip design services and engineering-led solutions.
Proven track record of leading complex sales cycles and managing strategic accounts with annual quotas of $50 million or more.
Bachelor’s degree in electrical or computer engineering.
Deep knowledge of the semiconductor ecosystem, including foundries, EDA vendors, IP providers, and design services.
Hands-on experience in ASIC design or semiconductor R&D is a strong advantage.
Strong current executive connections within semiconductor industry.
Exceptional ability to influence and engage stakeholders across engineering, procurement, and executive leadership.
Strong leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills, with a passion for building inclusive, high-performing teams.
Willingness to travel 25–50% to engage with clients and teams across key markets.

This role may be eligible for other compensation including variable compensation, bonus, or commission. Note: No amount of pay is considered to be wages or compensation until such amount is earned, vested, and determinable.
