We're seeking a Senior Financial Reporting Analyst with strong SEC reporting experience, a passion for precision, and the desire to contribute to a collaborative and fast-paced environment. This is a high-visibility role, perfect for someone looking to grow within a forward-thinking organization.
What You'll Do:
Own the preparation of SEC filings (10-K, 10-Q, 8-K, Proxy), ensuring compliance with U.S. GAAP and SEC regulations.
Assist with XBRL tagging and coordinate with external auditors and legal counsel during quarterly and annual filing cycles.
Analyze new accounting pronouncements and support the implementation of relevant guidance (ASC topics).
Collaborate with internal departments (Accounting, FP& A, Legal, and IR) to ensure timely, accurate disclosures.
Support the monthly close and consolidation process and contribute to internal management reporting as needed.
Help drive process improvements and automation efforts across the reporting function.

Requirements
What We're Looking For:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA required or actively pursuing
2+ years in public accounting
Experience with SEC reporting, financial statements, footnote disclosures, and technical accounting research
Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and internal controls
Excellent writing, analytical, and communication skills
Experience with Workiva, Hyperion, or other reporting systems a plus
