SCOPE
The Sr. Product Manager is an integral role in the organization, leadership role responsible for overseeing the entire product lifecycle management. The scope of this position encompasses strategic planning, team management, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure successful product delivery and alignment with company goals.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Line of business ownership.
- Develop and implement product objectives and initiatives consistent with company objectives.
- Develop and maintain product roadmaps, timelines, and release plans.
- Manage the entire product lifecycle from ideation to end of life.
- Collect and simulate the voice of customers, stakeholders, and team feedback to shape product requirements and feature enhancements.
- Analyze industry trends, consumer behavior, and market data to inform product decisions and identify new opportunities.
- Conduct competitive analysis to identify opportunities, threats, and emerging trends.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess product success and to recommend improvements.
- Responsible for guest-facing pricing analysis and recommendations to maximize yield.
- Responsible for line of business P/L.
- Participate in building strong vendor relationships and provide feedback to sourcing ensuring optimal pricing and quality of services.
- Responsible for product launch processes, including design, testing, and launch activities.
- Responsible for product lifecycle management, including the development of exit strategies for underperforming products.
- Create and present business cases and strategic roadmaps to senior leadership and stakeholders.
REQUIREMENTS
- Degree in computer science, business management, marketing, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in product development/product management.
- Experience in gathering and interpreting qualitative product data and consumer feedback.
- Proficiency in compiling project status, risk management, and marketing reports.
- Experience managing the entire product lifecycle.
- Hands-on experience with web technologies.
- Up to 20% travel to represent the company at tradeshows, exhibitions, and key client presentations.
