Technical Leadership (70%)
- Architect and implement highly available, secure integration systems
- Build and maintain scalable connectors for ERP/healthcare APIs
- Lead design discussions, write production-grade code, and own performance optimization
- Champion clean, observable systems with stellar testing, CI/CD, and alerting practices
- Drive automation and resilience through smart, scalable infrastructure
Cross-Functional Collaboration (20%)
- Partner with clients and vendors to scope and deliver integration solutions
- Support integration rollouts and troubleshoot production issues
- Work closely with product, customer success, and other engineering teams to align priorities
Mentorship & Strategy (10%)
- Guide and mentor engineers on integration patterns and system design
- Influence architectural decisions and help shape our technical roadmap
- Introduce new tools, frameworks, and best practices to uplevel the team
🔍 What We’re Looking For
- 8+ years of engineering experience, ideally in B2B SaaS or integrations
- Proven success designing and scaling distributed systems & real-time APIs
- Fluent in Ruby, Python, or TypeScript (bonus if you've worked in all three)
- Deep knowledge of API design (REST, GraphQL, SOAP) and secure data flows
- Experience with observability, CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and cloud infra
- You write clean, reliable code-and inspire others to do the same
