Staff Engineer Opportunity - Hybrid - 2 days/week onsite

Responsibilities:
- Write clean, robust code, actively participate in code reviews, and contribute meaningfully to technical design discussions.
- Lead design and development efforts for scalable, high-performance backend solutions.
- Continuously enhance and fine-tune system performance to meet growing user demands.
- Share your knowledge with peers and junior engineers, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Desired Qualifications:
- 10+ years of backend engineering experience developing high-performance, fault-tolerant services.
- Proven experience building robust services utilizing relational and non-relational databases.
- Skilled in architecting and operating distributed systems with an emphasis on scalability, observability, and reliability.
- Comfortable with various software stacks, cloud-native development, and adaptable to evolving technology environments.
Pluses:
- Experience with multi-tenancy architectures.
- Knowledge of security best practices.
- Proficiency in multiple programming languages, such as Python, Kotlin, or Java.
