We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Stock Plan Administrator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will support the administration of our equity compensation programs, ensuring compliance and accuracy in all processes related to stock options and employee stock purchase plans. Reporting to the Senior Stock Administrator you will be responsible for:
- Assisting in the administration of Restricted Stock Unit (RSU) grants, releases, and transactions in connection with the Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP), ensuring timely and accurate processing
- Collaborating with finance and HR teams to maintain accurate records of stock plan participants and their holdings
- Supporting the corporate legal team as needed
- Preparing reports and documentation for internal audits and regulatory compliance under guidance
- Responding to employee inquiries regarding stock options and equity compensation plans with clear, helpful information
What We’re Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with employees at all levels
What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience with Equity Edge Online
- A proactive attitude and desire to learn and grow within the field

The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations and could be higher or lower based on a multitude of factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
The base salary range listed for this full-time position excludes commission/ bonus/ equity (if applicable) + benefits.
