A leading Architecture, Engineering, and Construction firm located in the suburbs of Chicago is looking to add a Structural Engineer to their team!
Job Description:
Perform structural engineering design and analysis for identified systems under the close supervision of a senior engineer
Participate in project related meetings to coordinate activities and communicate designs
Assist with preparation of engineering deliverables
Participate in field surveys, condition assessments and site investigations
Perform construction administration related tasks including submittal review, responding to RFI's and observation of construction related activities
Qualifications:
2+ years of structural engineering experience for buildings
MS Degree in Structural Engineering required
RAM Structural System, SAP2000, and Revit experience a plus
Strong communication/presentation skills
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $50.00/hr.
