The Role
We're looking for a highly organized and proactive Supply Chain Coordinator to support our growing operations. This person will ensure the seamless flow of materials, production, and finished goods through our supply chain network - from procurement to delivery - working closely with our partners, vendors, and internal teams. You'll play a key role in maintaining quality and efficiency while helping us scale.

Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods to prevent stockouts and overages
- Generate and manage purchase orders, ensuring timely replenishment based on demand forecasting and production schedules
- Coordinate production logistics with co-packers and vendors to ensure on-time, in-full (OTIF) execution
- Book and track shipments to customers and distribution partners, optimizing for cost and efficiency
- Support the creation and execution of the production calendar in collaboration with Sales and Operations
- Maintain strong supplier relationships and negotiate favorable terms with vendors
- Work with Finance to assist in end-of-month reconciliations and ensure accurate invoicing
- Help identify and implement cost-saving opportunities and operational efficiencies
- Develop contingency plans for common supply chain disruptions
- Support cross-functional alignment with Sales, Finance, and Marketing to ensure supply chain visibility and responsiveness
- Maintain accurate data in relevant tracking systems and tools (e.g., inventory software, Excel/Sheets)
Requirements
- Experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations (CPG, beverage, or startup experience strongly preferred)
- Proven ability to manage moving parts, timelines, and vendor relationships
- Excel/Google Sheets proficiency required (experience with inventory or ERP systems a plus)
- Sharp problem-solving skills and a detail-oriented mindset
- Clear communicator who can collaborate cross-functionally and work well with external partners
- Highly adaptable and calm under pressure - ready to pivot when needed
