About The Role
We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join as a Talent Acquisition Partner, responsible for recruiting top talent and ensuring our company attracts, hires, and maintains a strong talent pipeline. The ideal candidate is someone who wants to join a fast-growing technology company and is an energetic self-starter who is eager to get their hands dirty helping us scale the talent organization.
Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers to develop and execute full-cycle recruiting for various business departments, junior to senior job levels, and offices leveraging expertise in sourcing, assessing, and closing top talent.
- Advertise open jobs and post them on various job boards and social media channels.
- Conduct proactive candidate sourcing.
- Sort and screen candidate resumes.
- Schedule virtual and in-person interviews.
- Process position requisitions and process all applications, resumes, and internal job postings.
- Utilize, maintain, and update ATS to track applicants and improve existing processes.
- Address candidate questions and assist them with the interview process.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Provide insights on Talent Attraction function (funnel, sources, conversion, retention).
Qualifications
- BA/BS.
- 3-5+ years of experience in sourcing applicants for SaaS companies for positions including marketing, sales, and customer success (engineering and product is a plus).
- Experience with Lever, LinkedIn Recruiter, Google Suite preferred.
- Comfort with ambiguity, autonomy, and responsibility; you enjoy figuring out what needs to be done and then doing it.
- Experience in recruiting for fast-growing SaaS organizations.
- Proven analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills.
