Job Description
Our client is hiring for a Tech Ops specialist to support IAM manual provisioning across databases such as Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, and DB2. This role involves following ticket documentation, securing necessary approvals, and ensuring accurate access management. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills to assist non-technical users and solve access-related issues. Experience with spreadsheets and scripting is essential for handling and analyzing data effectively.Our client is a leading financial services company serving millions of customers across the globe. Contract Duration: 6-12 month Contract to hire Required Skills & Experience
Mid-senior level
Experience with database systems: Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, and DB2
Familiarity with IAM (Identity and Access Management) processes and manual provisioning
Excellent communication skills, especially when assisting non-technical users
Proficiency with spreadsheets for data analysis and tracking
Previous scripting experience (e.g., Python, Bash, PowerShell)
Bachelor's degree
Desired Skills & Experience
Experience working in enterprise-level financial or regulated environments
Familiarity with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow or Jira
Knowledge of access control frameworks and security best practices
