Job description:
- We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Technical Writer to support the Heart Failure Division under Operations/Continuous Improvement. In this role, you will be responsible for documenting processes using established templates and working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure the accuracy and clarity of all documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and edit technical documents, process flows, manuals, and reports using Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Salesforce.
- Collaborate with managers, stakeholders, and operational teams to gather necessary information.
- Extract information from meetings, systems, and existing documentation to develop comprehensive process documents.
- Coordinate reviews and approvals with stakeholders and update documents based on feedback.
- Ensure final documents are uploaded and stored in the appropriate systems.
- Manage multiple documentation projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met with accuracy and consistency.
- Maintain version control and adhere to established documentation standards.
- Use critical thinking and strong communication skills to clarify complex processes and ask effective follow-up questions.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree (Required)
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Technical Writer or Document Specialist
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint) and Salesforce
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent attention to detail and follow-through
