- Lead, mentor, and inspire our rockstar benefits team to deliver
- Keep your finger on the pulse of industry trends, federal/state
- Evaluate what\'s working (and what\'s not) using smart metrics and
- Serve as a bridge-builder between policy, people, and purpose,
- A benefits guru with a strategic mindset and a knack for
- A compliance connoisseur who can navigate the legal landscape like a
- A collaborative leader who can rally a team and build strong
- A trend-spotter who\'s curious, forward-thinking, and always looking
- Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Human Resource
- Minimum of five years of progressive experience administering employee
- Minimum of 2 years experience supervising benefits staff\
- Knowledge of all federal state and local regulations and compliance
- Demonstrated experience with Excel reporting and analytics\ \
- Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS)\
- PHR/SPHR or CP/SCP HR Certification\ \
