Position Responsibilities: ?
Administer and manage tasks within talent and development systems, including content management, configuration, troubleshooting, and reporting
Coordinate various leadership development programs across the enterprise
Collaborate with project leads and HR teams to maintain talent development systems and ensure they are effectively supporting employee growth and learning
Assist in the implementation of new talent development initiatives and systems
Develop and maintain training materials and user guides to support employees using our talent and development resources
Ability to travel up to 5% of the time
Other duties as assigned
Required Skills and Experience: ?
Bachelor's Degree with 1 plus years of related experience or High School Diploma/General Education Diploma with 4 plus years of specific experience
