Job Responsibilities
- Initiate the sales process by scheduling consultations with new and existing clients, thoroughly describing our services and skincare products with expertise and consistency.
- Meet with each new client to provide an overview of our services, create a custom treatment plan to meet their goals, and ensure they are comfortable and well-informed about our offerings.
- Build rapport and close sales by explaining product and service capabilities, overcoming objections, and preparing financing contracts with lenders such as Cherry Finance and Care Credit.
- Expand sales within existing accounts by introducing new products and services.
- Recommend and upsell new services by evaluating clients' current aesthetic treatments.
- Partner with location providers and managers to drive new business into the spa.
- Work with providers to review client books and schedules, uncovering potential upsell opportunities.
- Comply with all company policies and procedures to ensure streamlined processes.
- Ensure the CRM system is accurately updated and utilized for all customer interactions.
- Maintain collaborative relationships with peers and achieve results with a team-oriented mentality.
- Proactively outreach to current and potential clients to drive results, demonstrating an entrepreneurial spirit.
Required Skills, Qualifications, and Experience
- At least 2 years of previous sales experience.
- Flexible schedule, including availability to work weekends as needed.
- Experience working in a med spa or aesthetics industry.
- Ability to multitask, remain attentive to clients, and adapt to business needs.
- Team player with initiative.
- Enthusiastic, friendly, energetic personality with a genuine desire to provide outstanding service.
- Maintain patient/client confidentiality per HIPAA regulations and company policy.
- High integrity and strong ethical standards.
- Ability to work at spa locations within the immediate vicinity as needed.
- Bilingual skills are a plus.
