What is Tribute Secure? Tribute Secure is a special, salaried caregiving position designed to eliminate the financial uncertainty often associated with direct home care work. In exchange for your commitment to be available for hourly visits on specific days of the week, you'll receive a guaranteed weekly paycheck-no matter how many hours are ultimately scheduled.

A Day in the Life:
Be ready to accept client visits during your dedicated days of availability - including Sundays.
Enjoy building meaningful relationships with your clients by working up to 12 hour visits that start at 7am or 8am.
Travel confidently! You'll be responsible for commuting up to 45 minutes, but you'll have the stability of a guaranteed paycheck.
