UAS/CUAS Technology Integration Specialist

Job Summary:
We are seeking a UAS/CUAS Field Service Representative (FSR) Subject Matter Expert (SME) to support integration of UAS and CUAS technologies, including NINJA, Windtalker, FS-SUADS, Skydio X10D, and LCEI, within the CONUS for DoD requirements. Employment is contingent upon passing all pre-employment screening.
Responsibilities:
- Provide on-site technical expertise for UAS and CUAS system integration from R&D to operational readiness.
- Conduct training and demonstrations for personnel.
- Develop and present CONOPs, SOPs, and technical analyses.
- Assess operational performance and prepare after-action reports.
- Troubleshoot advanced UAS/CUAS systems.
Requirements:
- Guide system implementation and operation for AFRL and Prime contractors.
- Provide regular updates and data collection during tests.
- Advise and train host units on system installation, integration, and SOPs.
- Perform system maintenance and operational checks.
- Document test events and communicate results.
Basic Qualifications:
- Active Secret security clearance
- Credentialed Air Traffic Controller experience
- Ability to obtain FAA Class II Medical Certificate
- Ability to obtain FAA Remote Pilot Certificate (Part 107)
Desired Skills and Experience:
- Experience with radars/RF sensors
- Experience with DoD or Federal HQ staff
- Airspace Management expertise
