Key Responsibilities:
- Architect, design, and implement end-to-end RPA solutions using UI Path.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to analyze, identify, and automate manual processes.
- Develop best practices, governance, and frameworks for scalable RPA deployments.
- Provide technical leadership and mentor developers on UI Path coding standards and best practices.
- Optimize existing RPA workflows for efficiency, scalability, and performance.
- Integrate UI Path solutions with enterprise applications, databases, APIs, and cloud platforms.
- Ensure compliance with security policies, data privacy, and regulatory standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve automation failures, ensuring system reliability.
- Stay updated with the latest UI Path features, AI/ML advancements, and industry best practices.
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
- Key skills; UiPath, Python, REST / SOAP Web Services, RPA development.
- 5+ years of experience in RPA development with UI Path.
- Strong expertise in UI Path Orchestrator, Studio, and Automation Hub.
- Proficiency in workflow design, state machines, and exception handling.
- Experience with AI-powered automation, OCR, and document processing.
- Hands-on knowledge of SQL, .NET, Python, and REST APIs.
- Experience in solution design, technical documentation, and PDD/SDD creation.
- Ability to lead RPA CoE (Center of Excellence) and establish automation roadmaps.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and enterprise integrations.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- UI Path Advanced Developer Certification (preferred).
