UKG Applications Analyst III-Digital and Technology Partners - Remote

Has full technical knowledge of applications analysis and has supervisory duties of instructing, assigning, directing and checking the work of the other Applications Analysts.

Assists in planning, organizing and controlling the activities of the section.

May work with client management to identify and specify the complex business requirements and processes, and in the application design, testing and implementation process (e.g., diverse development platforms, software, hardware, technologies and tools, etc.).

Coordinates the activities of the section with other IT sections (e.g., database, telecommunications, operations, technical support, etc.).

Acts as expert technical resource to development staff in all phases of the development and implementation process.

Assists in all levels of supervision and may perform management function in the absence of the Manager.

May act as a project leader.

Carry out troubleshooting and training the timekeeping and scheduling modules for the users

Keep the service now ticket count less than double digits and provide solutions to the team to achieve it.

Performs related duties as assigned or requested.

Compensation Statement

Mount Sinai Health System (MSHS) provides a salary range to comply with the New York City Law on Salary Transparency in Job Advertisements. The salary range for the role is $99200 - $148800 Annually. Actual salaries depend on a variety of factors, including experience, education, and hospital need. The salary range or contractual rate listed does not include bonuses/incentive, differential pay or other forms of compensation or benefits.
