Title: Valuation Support Customer Success Agent
Location: Remote Canada
Reports To: Customer Success Supervisor
The Role:
Providing over the phone and email support for valuation services customers, consumers, and internal teams to JD Power.
The Impact You Will Have in This Role:
Your role will provide front line support and will be the face of JD Power vehicle valuations.
What You’ll Be Doing in This Role:
- Answer inbound phone inquiries and provide support and sales information to current and potential customers.
- Answer inbound email inquiries and provide support and sales information to current and potential customers.
- Provide support to valuation services team members and internal JD Power team members.
- No weekends Shift 9:30am-6:00pm EST and during training 8:15am-6:15pm EST availability required for an 8 hour shift
Qualifications:
- Previous work experience in a customer facing/service-oriented role.
- Previous experience with inbound calls or customer response emails.
- Ability and responsibility to provide gold level customer service and sales information to JD Power vehicle valuation current customers and potential customers.
- Knowledge of MS Teams & MS Office Suite
Preferred Qualifications:
- Education: High School Diploma
- 2 years of customer service experience
- Contact center or inbound phone call center experience
- Knowledge or passion for vehicles
